We celebrate Student Voice/Choice and Agency.

We encourage students to initiate their own activities such as clubs.

Teachers support and motivate students to organise their own club.

There is a great deal of learning surrounding such an activity.

Students will chat to their teacher about their idea, draw up a plan using the agreed template, and then discuss the implementation with the Student Club Coordinator. A co-ordinator will support this process.
